I have a problem with my Filezilla I get the following error when using Vista?

Status:Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
Response:220 ATLAS/123-reg FTP Server
Command:USER ftp@theinnovativetrainingcompany.com
Response:331 Password required for ftp@theinnovativetrainingcompany.com
Command:PASS **********
Response:530 Login incorrect.
Error:Could not connect to server

I have pinged the Ip address and it is sent and received easily. i disabled firewall but I have not uploaded filezilla server might this be the reason but my hosting site 123-reg do not say it is needed. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP

Response: 530 Login incorrect.

*Your username and password are incorrect. The 530 response is the FTP Server sending the error back to your client saying "Hey,. i don’t know you, get out", then your "Error: Could not connect" is the client saying "Hey dude, we can’t get in"

The source of the issue is the User/Pass 530 error.
