My GF got her MSN hacked?
Well one night i got a message from my gf. Something about naked pictures from some website and then a link. The link had her email name in it, so i clicked it. It took me to some kind of private album website. The link was ooohoo my pictures.com or something, but said on the page that it was hosted by hotmail. It also had a create an album section, where it asked for my msn email and password. Of course I found this suspicious… because not only was the link different, the coding on the website was TERRIBLE. So I left and contacted my gf, who was asleep at the time, and she said she wasn’t on at the time (4 am).
I obviously found this as a scam. A way to steal your msn password and username. She changed her password, and we thought all was well, until at around 6pm i got another message from her and it was something like "s im foto (and a link)". She was on at the time and said she couldn’t IM anyone.
There is obviously something going on here. I was wondering if there was something she could do without having to close the hotmail, because she has alot of accounts on it for websites and things.
Thankyou~
theres something that you can contract from the internet and programs. its called a keygen and what it is a program which logs what keys u press (i.e passwords) and sends them back to the owner of the keygen. If i were your gf, which im not, cause im a guy, but still i would do a virus scan with your antivirus program and block and remove what ever comes up with antivirus program . If you dont understand. this is whats happeneing.
Her Computer -> Gets Keygen -> She goes on MSN -> Types Password -> Keygen takes password -> Keygen sends password to virus owner –> virus owner spams your account -> you can get a keygen too.
Therefore what i would do is you both scan yoru computers. if you dont have a antivirus program go to
http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html?tag=mncol
and download the free version. you can also egt the full version but you will need to pay for it or find it on the internet (the code) and put it in the full version:

After doing a scan and updating our software, you should be fine, if nothing shows up i suggest you contact microsoft customer support.
Hope this helps
