Would you transfer your website to a different hosting company?

I’ve been hosting the my site with the company that designed the site for about a year now,and never had any problems with uptime,service delivery ext.
However, I was approached by a different hosting company,who charges the same price as my current host,difference is that for every six months I host with them,they give me 2 months free.they also seem as very professional.

Just wanted to hear some of you opinions.

No offers by resellers,host gator extra please.
