ok, i have used microsoft publisher- i need to get my website online- i have a domain and web host (lycos) so its all ready to go, i just cant seem to get it all online!!please help im racking my brain!!!

How about http://www.hostingatoz.com . They are around here since 2004 and I have heard some good reviews about them for their coldfusion hosting plans.
I have been VERY happy with http://HOSTEK.com which charges about $5 a month for a full ColdFusion hosting package.
