Looking for fun and creative ideas for a guys only baby shower.?
I’m co-hosting a baby shower for the dad. I’m looking for tips on hosting or ideas for games(drinking or not) any help welcomed. the ages range from 21-40…the dad is 25 if it matters.
Poker Theme:
This is a great shower for the guys (could even be thrown in conjunction with a woman’s shower!). Create a poker-tourney with the "buy in" being a package of diapers. Have "prizes" for the winner or winners be great gift certificates to places like Home Depot or Best Buy. Serve up traditional poker food….and the guys are sure to have a blast bonding with the new daddy while playing some cards.
I saw this in Girls Next Door.. you put various of melted chocolate in different numbered diapers (I think small sized diapers is the best to use) and ask them to name what type/brand of chocolate is in which diaper. The one who gets most correct answers wins. This is actually a gross game, since the chocolate looks like poo but its sort of fun. Try to see who is the most squeemish..

How about a diapering derby? Have several dolls on hand and let the guys make it a race to see who can diaper them correctly. You know how much guys like competition, so that could be fun for them.

Both the above ideas are fanbtastic for guys!!! I especially like the diapering derby!! I was picturing my hubby and his friends doing it!!!!
You could also have an "obstacle course" which involves (with dolls of course) a diapering station, a bottle preparation station, lullabys, swaddling station etc and see who does all of it the fastest!!
Have fun, it sounds like it will be a blast…I would love to see a room of guys running around diapering (properly) the dolls!!
