Looking for VPS provider in Delhi/ India?

We need windows VPS and linux vps hosting. For the same I am looking for VPS provider in Delhi or India who can accept payment via bank transfer or cheque. I do not have credit card so will prefer company based in Delhi or India.

Please suggest if you know any company.
